This cameo is known to have been manufactured by DeLizza & Elster for Celebrity NY. This piece is made with topaz rhinestones, filigree hearts, a fancy cameo, and finished in gold tones. The piece has a bail and can be worn as a pendant for a necklace, with the chain included.
