This gorgeous, and tall, vase by Wedgwood is done in the Queen's Ware line with its stunning blue relief on creamy, white porcelain. Simply spectacular!
Highly collectible and displays absolutely wonderfully; perfect for set matching and completion; an ideal gift for the Wedgwood collector.
Measurements ~ approximately 10.5" tall x 6" wide at the opening and 4.5" wide at the foot.
Dates ~ early to mid-century, c1940-1974 (as indicated by the lack of the Register mark).
Hallmarks ~ marked "Wedgwood of Eturia & Barlaston, Made in England, Embossed Queen's Ware" in green as seen in the pictures.
Condition ~ Great: pre-owned: vintage/antique. While there is a chip in the rim, and two minor flea bites, these can be turned to the back for display. This piece shows little other evidence of age or use or wear, and shelf wear is minimal, if present.
