This gorgeous 1920s sterling silver casserole serving spoon is done in the highly ornate and decorative Louis XIV Pattern by Towle Silversmiths and has a stainless paddle. This is the casserole serving spoon and is perfect for set matching and completion, and is a fabulous example of metalware.
Measurements ~ approximately 8.5" long w/the bowl measuring 3.5" long x 2" wide.

Hallmarks ~ marked "Sterling Pat 1924" and the Towle Silversmiths, as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent ~ pre-owned vintage/antique. While there are minor use marks commensurate w/age, this piece is in outstanding condition and actually shows very little evidence of its age.
