From the Land of France, and the exquisite, ever-famous House of Theodore Haviland, comes to you this darling berry bowl & underplate set. Done in a breathtaking pattern of pink and blue floral sprays, this set is accented with a scalloped rim and a fabulous shape! This 2 piece set includes a berry bowl/cup and a saucer/underplate.

Pattern / Dates ~ early century; c1920.
The Haviland family were amazing innovators in the fine bone china industry, changing the very face of the industry world-wide. The company can trace its roots to its American founder, David Haviland, who exported his first porcelain from Limoges, France in 1842. David's son, Theodore, followed in his father's footsteps in 1890. The family continued to be in management until 1972.

Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. This set shows little evidence of age or use, and is chip/flake free.
