Dates ~ c1940.
Markings ~ signed Sterling 1/20 12K GF. This means that the brooch is sterling and has a golden vermeil on it. Please see pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. While there is a good patina on this piece, and some of the vermeil has worn over the years, this jewelry has a strong vintage, nostalgic appeal, and looks fabulous when worn!
