This exquisitely made cup & saucer from Royal Albert is decorated with a stunning pale, butter-yellow outer glaze over creamy white porcelain. This set is accented with the most delicate, and matching, yellow primrose sprays, and is finished w/brilliant gold gilding. This is an unnamed pattern, but matches the floral pattern in the Primrose from the Friendship Series.
Measurements:
- cup ~ approximately 2.75" tall x 3" wide at the opening
- saucer ~ approximately 4.75" across
Pattern ~ retired.
Dates ~ mid-century, c1960.
Hallmarks ~ marked, as seen in pictures.
