If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Just notify me within 3 days of receipt of merchandise that you will be returning your purchase. If the return is for a misidentification or missed a flaw (please note that this is completely unintentional, as I do my best to research and inspect all items prior to presentation), I will refund your shipping both ways (free shipping is excluded).
If you just decide you don't like the item, or it was not what your were looking for, I will be unable to refund any shipping charges, service fees, and in this case, do charge a 20% restocking fee.
~~~ CANCELLATIONS ~~~
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale. Generally, the reason for cancellation is because a flaw was found prior to shipping that was not called in the original listing. Additionally, rude, demanding, harassing, entitled, unkind etc. behavior will not be tolerated.
Your purchase price will be refunded at the time of cancellation.

NO RETURNS on electronics & computers. All sales final on electronics & computers.
NO RETURNS on original packaging items that have been opened. All unopened items must remain unopened AND unused for a return to be authorized.
NO RETURNS for faults, etc. called in the listing.
Sale / Clearance items, as well as items purchased via an Offer, are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Any item which has been purchased at a discount is a FINAL SALE and not returnable. Please keep this under consideration w/purchasing such items.
