Fantastic 3D design and exceptional workmanship went into this sterling silver brooch out of Mexico. To me, this looks like a feather and pinecone, forest-y, motif.
Measurements ~ approximately 2.25" x .75".
Dates ~ c1980 (because the hallmark is mostly illegible, this is a best, educated guess).
Markings ~ signed as seen in pictures. The stamp is mostly obscured except for the 925. I believe this to be Mexican sterling.
Condition ~ Excellent - this jewelry shows little evidence of age or use - it wears spectacularly!
