This stunning, massive, belt by DeLizza & Elster for Weiss is designed with golden, twisted mesh, is accented with filigree hearts, and is decorated with ruby red, sapphire blue, emerald green, crystal, and turquoise milk glass stones.

Hallmarks ~ marked as seen in pictures. D&E jewelry was marked when made for other designers, and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
