This amazing brooch by DeLizza & Elster is decorated with a fancy combination of topaz, sun & crystal stones, in a variety of shapes and sizes. This piece is further decorated with a dangle tail, and is embellished with a fancy, high dome, gold foil cabochon. Finished in gold tones, with tons of shimmer and movement, this piece is on the harder to find side an such the collectible!
