This hard to find brooch by D&E is decorated with a wonderful assortment of blue & green stones, and is accented with fancy, light blue, pillowcase stones. This piece is further embellished with very decorative, blue striped, glass drop beads, is embellished with a central, rhinestone floret, and is finished in silver tones.
