This striking brooch/pendant by D&E is decorated with the most fancy "birthday cake" stone. Further decorated with a fancy combination of creamy, moonstone tear drops and topaz stones, this piece is finished in gold tones and quite hard to find.
This piece contains both a pin assembly & a bail, and can be worn as a pendant for a necklace.
