Juliana D&E Brooch Gold Copper Fluss Milk Glass Drop Bead Pin Rare Vintage DeLizza Elster Jewelry Gift
This very rare (and I don't use that word often anymore these days) brooch by D&E is designed with the most amazing gold/copper fluss infused, milk glass, oval beads. This piece is accented with gold painted, molded turquoise beads, and gold metallic wrapped beads. This piece is further decorated with topaz stones and faceted, topaz beads, and is finished in gold tones. This piece is in a league all its own.
Measurements ~ approximately 2 1/8" x 2".
Dates ~ c1960. Pitman notes that these fancy, dangle beads were first seen in 1961.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. DeLizza & Elster Jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.

Condition ~ Good: pre-owned vintage/antique. As can be seen in the last picture, the setting on the top chatons is degrading. The pin assembly, while functioning, is also bent. Otherwise, this jewelry shows little evidence of age or use. The price has been adjusted.
