This fabulously creative demi parure by D&E is decorated with a glitz combination of sapphire blue tapered baguettes (keystones), aquamarine blue stones, and crystal rhinestone chatons. Finished in silver-tones, this set is quite versatile.
The demi parure includes a brooch and matching, clippy earrings.

Dates - c1960.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. DeLizza & Elster Jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
