Juliana D&E Brooch Earrings Lava Hard Candy Vintage DeLizza Elster Designer Jewelry
This elusive demi parure by DeLizza & Elster is nothing short of spectacular. This amazing set is decorated with creative and unique crystal stones, aurora borealis (AB) stones, and AB lava stones. All of these stones accent the central, dazzling, iridescent hard candy cabochon (this is my terminology only). This set is finished in gold-tones and would make quite the unique bridal accessory.
The demi parure includes a brooch and matching clippy earrings.
Measurements:
- brooch ~ approximately 2 1/8"
- earrings ~ approximately 1.25"
Dates - c1950-1970.

Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. DeLizza & Elster Jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
Know You are Buying Real D&E - the construction attributes that mark this set as made by D&E include: prong-set stones, combination open/closed-back setting, correct pin assembly, correct earring clips, figure 8 puddling.

About my DeLizza & Elster Jewelry - I am an avid student and collector of D&E Jewelry. I am/was also a member of several online groups that seek to study and identify both D&E jewelry and costume jewelry in general. When doubt, I consulted Mr. DeLizza, and retain those references.
