Dates ~ c1960 (Ann Pitman's Guide dates this piece as c1962).
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. DeLizza & Elster Jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
