Juliana D&E Brooch Black Two Tone Pinwheel Pin Vintage Delizza Elster Designer Jewelry
This lovely brooch by D&E is decorated with fancy, black navettes edged in grey, is accented with black diamond stones, and is finished in metal tones. These navettes, according to Pitman, were known as "facetted two tone navettes". This pin is superbly constructed.
