This wonderful brooch by D&E is done in a fabulous combination of black diamond rhinestone, is shaped like a pinwheel, is accented with crystal rhinestone florets, and is finished in silver tones. This piece is stately & elegant.
Measurements ~ approximately 2".
Dates ~ c1960.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. D&E jewelry is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
