This stunning, multi-layered set by D&E is highlighted by a central, transfer rose cabochon, and is decorated with milk glass navettes, filigree scrolls, twisted rope accents, and pink & green rhinestones. This jewelry is all set to gold tones. The best includes a large, gorgeous, transfer rose buckle.
