DeLizza and Elster is known to have manufactured product for a vast number of companies, and Avon is one of those companies. Mr. DeLizza, in his book, also talks about the fashion trend: Bolo Ties for Women, and this is one of those "ties". Done with a beaded chain, and accented with tassels, this piece is decorated with a marbled green cabochon that lays in a filigree setting. This piece is still very fashionable today!
