Jane Doll by Connie Walser Derek for the Hamilton Collection
Jane is one of the most charming and heart melting dolls that I have the pleasure to acquire. She is dressed in her green plaid outfit that is accented with cherries, with her hair tied up in matching pigtails. She just makes you want to hug her, especially with that lonely tear running down her cheek.
Materials ~ bisque porcelain and cloth.
Measurements ~ approximately 13" tall (she is oversized).
Accessories ~ comes with the stand, but is w/out a box.
Dates ~ c1990.
Hallmarks ~ marked "Jane No 1862A", as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. Outside of degradation and loss of the elastic (not the bow) holding her pigtails, this doll is in outstanding shape with little other evidence of age, use, or wear.
