This lovely shot glass is decorated with a stunning, gold overlay, appears to be handblown, is done on cobalt blue glass, and is possibly Bohemian, Czech, or Murano Italian. Without identifying labels, it's hard to pinpoint this lot's origins. This lot is perfect for set matching and completion, and makes a wonderful, collectible gift.
Measurements ~ approximately 2.5" tall with a 1.75" opening and a 1.25" foot
Dates ~ mid century c1960.
Hallmarks ~ an unsigned beauty, as seen in pictures. This item has been identified, with paperwork, as Vecchia Murano glass out of Venice, Italy.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. With just a touch of wear to the gold gilt, as expected with age, this lot shows little other evidence of age or use.
