Germany Flapper Purse Yellow Rose Bead Flower Basket Vase Bag Antique Fashion Vintage Gift
This wonderful, and large, handmade bag from Germany is decorated with the most stunning, hand-beaded rose flower basket/vase with yellow accented. This piece is designed with seed beads, is accented with a fabulous, fabric interior, and is finished with a dazzling fringe. A lot of skill went into the making of this piece.
Measurements ~ approximately 8.5" long x 7" across the frame with a 14" chain link strap and a 2 1/8" fringe.
Dates ~ c1910.
Hallmarks ~ marked as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. As can be seen in the last picture, there appears to be one fringe missing. Otherwise, this piece is a prime example of antique beaded purses and would make the most wonderful addition to any collection.
