This brilliant, micro beaded, flapper handbag is decorated with a stunning assortment of yellow/brown and multi colored flowers. This purse is accented with a geometric border, a lava beaded fringe, and a blue floral interior. This brilliant bag is finished with 2 chain link drawstrings and makes a wonderful fashion accessory.
A lot of handiwork & skill went into the making of this bag.
Dates ~ c1920.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked, as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Good: pre-owned vintage/antique. As can be seen in the pictures, most of the chain link drawstrings have separated from the bag, and may not be original. They have been attached, not skillfully, back to the bag, and the iridescent beaded tassels are a more modern addition. Outside of the need for these repairs, this piece can still be used, and makes a wonderful collectible. There are a few threads showing.
