Description ~ from the House of Fenton comes to you this gorgeous carnival glass plate, number 1 in a series of 12 commemorating American craftsman - this plate is the glassblower and began, in 1970, several series of limited edition carnival glass plates (the moulds were destroyed at the end of each plate's year). Comes in a box, which I believe to be original to the piece.

Measurements ~ approximately 8" across
Pattern / Dates ~ late century; c1970 - Fenton, one of the most famous American glass houses, was founded in Ohio in 1905, moved to West Virginia in 1907, and ceased its traditional glass making in 2011.
