This highly decorative demi parure by 11 W. 30th Street (Dodds/Doddz) is designed in an abstract wreath shape, is encrusted with coral chips & crushed green aventurine, and is finished in gold-tones.
My research indicates that this particular line is fairly hard to find.
The demi parure includes a brooch and matching screw/clippy earrings.
Measurements:
- brooch ~ approximately 1.5" round
- earrings ~ approximately 7/8"
Dates ~ mid century, c1960.
Hallmarks ~ marked "11 W. 30th Street" as seen in pictures. Note: the plating is so thick on this set, that the hallmarks and patent number are hard to read.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. This jewelry shows little evidence of age or use.
