Coro Pegasus Blue Rhinestone Brooch & Earrings in Original Box Vintage Mid Century 1950s Designer Fashion Jewelry Gift
This dazzling demi parure by Coro comes in its original box, is designed in a clover leaf motif, and is decorated with the most stunning arrangement of blue aurora borealis chatons and satin glass navettes. Finished in silver-tones, this Coro is awesome!
The demi parure includes a brooch and matching, clippy earrings.
Measurements:
- brooch ~ approximately 2.75" x 1.75"
- earrings ~ approximately 1"
Dates - c1955.
Hallmarks ~ in addition to the markings on the original box, this set is stamped w/a cartouche " Coro" and the Pegasus symbol on the brooch; it is also singed "Coro" in script on the earrings.
Condition ~ Great: pre-owned vintage/antique. While the set appears to be in unworn condition, it does show signs of age which include glue residue on the backside, slight loss of plating, and a mis-set chaton. The box shows mild signs of storage wear. Otherwise, all materials present, clear, and chip/flake free. The pin assembly is in good, working order; the clips are tight (as if they've never been worn).
