Coro Duette Bird Brooch Rhinestone Fur Dress Clip Vintage Designer Jewelry
This is the left side of the famous Coro bird duette, known as Calopsitta. It is done in blue enameling, decorated with crystal rhinestones, and finished in silver tones. The patent for these pieces was signed under Gene Verrecchio, and they were molded after designs by Cartier. These pieces were originally made to "clip" the two sides of a fur wrap together, but today, can be used as a brooch or pin would.
