Front ~ minor ink damage on serial# portion, perforation separate between bottom 2 stamps, bent along perforations in Handifile.
Back ~ ink stains and minor glue damage.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned, vintage - stamp blocks were kept in a Hygrade Handifile and will be shipped in a vintage and/or new glassine envelope. Hygrade Handifile not included.
