Cecil Wray Goodchild Tablecloth Napkin Set Bird of Paradise Table Cloth Cover Vintage Sheer Organza Fringe Flower Plant Linen Gift Lot 5
This unique, fantastic tablecloth and 4 napkin set is done on sheer, white linen, is decorated with printed birds of paradise in orange & brown, and is finished with a fringe hem. This set is hard to find and makes an amazing collectible.
Measurements:
- tablecloth ~ approximately 45" square
- napkins ~ approximately 15" square
Dates ~ c1970.
Hallmarks ~ signed, as seen in pictures.
Note ~ my interpretation of the signature is that of Cecil Wray Goodchild (1901–1983).
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. While there are stains of the napkins, this lot shows little other evidence of age or use, and displays wonderfully on the table.
Notes on Condition of Linens ~ Linens offered here are more than 20 years old and have been loved. While linens are clean, they not been recently laundered, spot treated, or pressed prior to shipping, unless noted above. Linens may be creased, and may have a musty smell, from years of storage. However, these great old beauties may just need a little TLC.
