Carved Jade & Pearl Brooch by CC Curtis Creations Uncas 12K Gold Filled Vintage 1950s Mid Century Designer Fashion Jewelry Gift
Excellent design and style went into this lovely brooch by Curtis Creations. Designed as a wreath and decorated with a carved jade leaf, this piece is accented with twisted golden ropes that end in pearls (I do not know if they are real). This piece is 12K gold filed and wonderful!
Curtis Creations (as well as Sorrento) was a division of Uncas.
Measurements ~ approximately 1.5" x 1".
Dates ~ c1950.
Hallmarks ~ signed "C.C. 1/20 12K GF", as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. This jewelry shows little evidence of age or use.
