The telltale signs that this is Krystolshell and not Caprice are the design of the toes and the sweeping, shell-like base.
Measurements ~ approximately 2.5" tall x 6" wide.

The Cambridge Glass Company can trace its origins back to 1901 and hails out of Ohio. By 1954, machine made & imported glass precipitated the closing of this amazing glass house. Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. This piece shows little evidence of age or use, and is chip/flake free; shelf wear is minimal, if present at all. There may be some sticker residue present, which can be removed w/soaking.
