This lovely brooch by Boucher is designed as an elephant, is decorated with a green lucite head, is accented with a crystal eye, and is finished in detailed, gold tones.
There is anecdotal evidence via JewelPigs, that this piece was made by Boucher for the I. Magnin departments stores as part of their 1968 presidential election fashion line.
It's hard to beat the quality, sophistication, and workmanship of a Boucher!
