Vintage Dolls by Deluxe Reading Corporation ~ 1950s Betty Vinyl Bride Doll w/Original Dress
This amazing doll from the Deluxe Reading Corporation has a hard plastic head, sleepy eyes, dark rooted hair, and a vinyl body. She comes complete with her original wedding dress, and I believe she is known as Betty.
She is as found - w/out shoes or other accessories.
Measurements ~ approximately 27" tall.
Dates ~ mid-century, c1950.
Hallmarks ~ marked "A-E 251" as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Great: pre-owned vintage/antique. While her dress is somewhat tattered, she needs to see a hairdresser, and the vinyl along the back of her neck is starting to deteriorate, she is still an amazing, hard to find treasure and perfect for display (please review pictures carefully).
