This unique, and large, purse is decorated with black & white micro seed beads in a checkered pattern, is accented with a matching fringe, is designed with the most marvelous Art Nouveau, metal frame that depicts a dragon, and is finished with a rose applique, checked interior and chain link strap.
Measurements ~ approximately 9.5" with a 2" strap x 7" with a 14" chain handle.
Dates ~ c1910.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked, as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique. While there is staining on the liner, this piece shows little other evidence of age or use, and it makes the most magnificent addition to any Art Nouveau or purse collection.
Note ~ I do not polish silver/silverplate prior to shipping unless requested. Some clients prefer the patina intact when purchasing.
