Art Nouveau Bead Purse Gold Lamé Flapper Bag Antique Fashion Vintage Gift
This stunning, handmade bag is decorated with the most stunning, Art Nouveau metal frame. This piece is decorated with steel cut, gold lamé seed beads and is accented with a fabulous, fabric interior. A lot of skill went into the making of this piece.
Measurements ~ approximately 8" long x 4.25" across the frame with a 12" chain link strap.
Dates ~ c1910.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures.
Condition ~ Great: pre-owned vintage/antique. As can be seen in the last 2 pictures, there are loose threads/beads and a hole in the interior lining. However, this piece is a prime example of antique beaded purses and would make the most wonderful addition to any collection.
