Westmoreland Milk Glass Pansy Basket Dish Vintage Mid Century 1950s American Designer Gift; Vintage Milk Glass by Westmoreland ~ Glass Basket in Pansy Pattern with Split Handles

This creamy milk glass by Westmoreland is done in the pansy basket pattern whose rim is decorated w/pansy flower petals.  This bowl has the highly sought after split handles that are ribbed.

Proudly made in the USA!

Highly collectible and displays absolutely wonderfully, and is perfect for set matching and completion.  This piece would make an ideal gift for the Westmoreland collector, or as a hostess gift.

Measurements ~ approximately 4.5" wide.

Dates/Pattern ~ mid century; pattern retired and in production c1950-1975 (because this piece is unmarked, I believe to be an early production c1950-1955).

Westmoreland was founded in Pennsylvania in 1889, with its milk glass production beginning c1940; Westmoreland's furnaces went dark in 1984.

Hallmarks ~ unsigned; identified via pattern and shape as seen in pictures.

Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage/antique.  This piece shows little evidence of age or use and displays phenomenally.  It is chip/flake free.

Shipping ~ FREE!!!
