Cambridge Glass Doulton Pitcher Elaine Etch Modified Handle Vintage Mid Century 1940s American Designer Gift

Vintage Elegant Glass by Cambridge ~ Doulton Pitcher with Modified Handle in Elaine Etch

Description ~ incredible and breathtaking elegant glass by Cambridge - this pitcher, with the harder to find, and more collectible, modified handle is done in the exquisite Elaine etch - amazing!

Proudly made in the USA!

Measurements ~ approximately 9" tall to top of the handle, 8.5" wide handle to lip, 6.5" wide at the body's widest, and 3.25" wide at the opening

Pattern/Dates ~ early-to-mid-century, c1934-1950 - Cambridge Glass was founded in 1901 in Cambridge, Ohio, and successfully filled our world with amazing, unrivaled glass until the company, unable to compete w/foreign companies and machine-made glass, closed its doors in 1954.

Hallmarks ~ unsigned, identified via pattern and shape - please see pictures

Condition ~ Excellent: pre-owned vintage - this piece shows little evidence of age or use and displays phenomenally - chip/flake free.

Note - my daylight bulb shattered right before I took these pictures - this pitcher is under florescent light and appears yellow - this is a clear glass pitcher - my apologies for the yellow tint.
